Warranty & Overseas Training Policy

Consumable parts — including, but not limited to, the needle, inner needle tube, needle rod, cutter, screws, bolts, and hair bar — are excluded from warranty coverage. All other main components, such as the motor, servo, screen, and sensors, are covered by a one-year warranty, unless damage or failure is caused by improper operation or accident.

Head molds are available at an additional charge. Should a mold be required, the client must provide at least 12 bald head samples for mold fabrication.

Overseas training conducted by our technician: Airfare is complimentary for orders of two (2) units or more placed in a single batch. Accommodation and meals, however, shall be arranged and borne by the client.
